You must make sure that you visit the dentist regularly. Ideally, you must visit the dentist every 6 months. The dentist will check if there are any issues like cavities etc and will suggest proper remedies for the same. In case you are suffering from tooth pain or feel that there are cavities in your teeth then, in that case, you must visit the dentist on priority.
